MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
Hi, I’m Faydra Nabers-Allen, MHA, FACHE, LSSBB, founder of FNA Healthcare Operations and Executive Leadership. My passion for leadership and dedication to excellence has guided me throughout my life. My journey began with dreams of fashion design with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. A pivotal moment came when a recruiter recognized my natural fit for healthcare, leading me back to my true calling. I have since acquired a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, become a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
I’ve built a career with 25 years of experience, defined by service, leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence.
Today, through FNA Healthcare Operations and Executive Leadership, I am honored to work alongside organizations and leaders who are equally committed to excellence, innovation, and impact.
